Find here the flag of Nunavut, one of the symbols of the Canadian Inukophone territory of Nunavut in northern Canada, the traditional land of the Inuit, whose capital is Iqaluit. The Flag of Nunavut was adopted in 1999, the day the state was established. It has two vertical yellow and white bands separated in the center by a red colored inukshuk (stone stack of Inuit and Yupik art) and a blue five-pointed star in the upper right canton.
